Objectivos
The course aims to equip students with essential skills to face contemporary and future challenges in human resource management, with a special focus on innovation. Students will develop competencies to understand and apply concepts of the BANI world, promoting innovation and effective change management in organizations. They will be prepared to identify and develop skills for the future of work, focusing on organizational agility and the identification of talents and high potentials. The course will also cover the use of innovative HRM tools, including digital technologies and artificial intelligence, enabling students to implement, utilize, and interpret innovative solutions that transform people management. Additionally, students will be trained in People Analytics, with an emphasis on creating and interpreting metrics and indicators aligned with organizational strategy. They will learn to implement HR dashboards and ensure ethical data usage. By the end, students will be able to apply these competencies in people management with an innovative perspective.

Método de Avaliação
Expositional for the presentation of theoretical and practical concepts. Participative in analysis, discussion, and resolution of case studies. Active, related to the student's autonomous work and analysis and discussion of scientific articles suggested as previous reading. Use of other learning methodologies (multimedia resources, storytelling, role-plays, and group work). Continuous assessment of class activities, development of metrics and dashboards in groups, discussion of case studies (25%), individual final project in group (75%).
