This curricular unit aims to raise awareness of students (non-lawyers) to the main issues of law, with a focus on private law (civil law / business law), emphasising their importance in the training of economists, managers, and financiers. The aim of the course is to provide students with fundamental notions of law, essential knowledge to understand Law as a social reality and normative structure essential to life in society and economic activity, introducing them to the logical foundations of legal reasoning.
