Objectivos
• Understand the importance of digital tools in facilitating collaborative work; • Identify and use various digital tools for collaboration, communication, and project management, such as MS Teams, Zoom, Discord, Trello, Slack, and Miro; • Evaluate the effectiveness of different tools in specific contexts; • Implement digital collaborative practices to increase productivity and efficiency; • Manage and resolve conflicts in digital collaborative work environments; • Protect security and privacy in the use of digital tools.
Programa
• Introduction to digital tools and collaborative work • Real-time communication and collaboration (MS Teams, Zoom, Discord) • Project and task management (Trello, Asana, Jira) • Document sharing and co-editing tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365) • Brainstorming and collaborative ideation tools (Miro, MindMeister) • Knowledge management and collaborative databases (Notion, Confluence) • Security and privacy in the use of digital tools • Conflict resolution and team management in digital environments • Case studies and best practices
Método de Avaliação
Practical workshops will allow students to directly use digital tools in real collaboration scenarios. Case studies will provide the analysis of real-world examples where digital tools are crucial for productivity and efficiency, facilitating the understanding of practical application of the acquired knowledge. Evaluation will consist of participation and contribution to discussions and workshops and completion of practical exercises (Quiz).
