Objectivos
This module will analyse and reflect on the four main drivers of globalization and recent global economic trends: International Trade; International Organization of Production, Foreign Direct Investment and Outsourcing; Financial Globalization; and International Labour Migration, Jobs and Automation. We will discuss the definition and drivers of globalization, its measurement for the four topics above, and the consequences of globalization.

Método de Avaliação
Assessment has two elements: 1- group written essay (maximum 2500 words) on one of the four topics discussed in the module’s sessions (50% of the grade). 2- podcast or video presentation by the group (50% of the grade).
