Objectivos

- Provide skills and methodologies that allow students to explore, think and act upon the Future, and in particular, offering the tools to analyse, evaluate and monitor technological changes and trends and their impacts and implications in a wide range of domains. - Present a multidisciplinary approach to Strategic Foresight and its links to strategy and innovation, including exploring specific tools that can challenge the traditional way of designing and leading innovation and strategic development processes. - Mastering a portfolio of Foresight and Innovation Tools and Methods that enhance the identification and exploration of new opportunities. - Articulate and Integrate Foresight and Innovation Methods and Techniques (Scenarios, Trend Analysis, Delphi, etc.) with Tools and Concepts of Innovation Management and Strategic Management

SCENARIO PLANNING LAB The Scenario Planning Lab offers the possibility of designing and developing a complete Scenario Planning project.

Método de Avaliação

This course is based on a system of continuous assessment of the students. Students will be evaluated based on work done during the semester and participation in classes, complemented by a final written exam/essay. The weightings of the various evaluation elements will be defined in a subsequent timing.
