Objectivos

1.Provide the conceptual framework; 2.Develop a taste for entrepreneurship; 3.Identify the main steps inherent in creating a value-added business; 4.Develop Business Plan as a progressive construction exercise; 5.Improve business idea identification capabilities; 6.Provide essential knowledge to enable students to question the market about the viability of their business idea; 7.Develop skills to systematize the marketing mix that best respond to the business model to be implemented; 8.Understand the role of operational and human resources in the early stages of business development; 9.Understand the different options for financing new business; 10.Use financial analysis as a tool to identify the financing needs of the business / company; 11.Identify the criteria for evaluating new business investment proposals.

CONTINUOUS EVALUATION Final grade in this course will be the result of the weighted average of the marks obtained in the following evaluation criteria: •Intermediate Presentations(IP) •Final Presentation (FP) •Final Project (FPr) •Written Exam(WE) Final Rating=10%*IP+20%*FP+40%*FPr+30%*WE Exam Evaluation: When the student does not participate in the final project, the evaluation is totally given by the written exam. In these cases, the exam grade will be worth 100% of the final grade
