Objectivos

• To acquire knowledge on gender equality, diversity and inclusion approaches in companies/organisations. • To develop analytical skills and critical reflection on the tensions between these approaches and their complementarities. • To acquire theoretical and analytical knowledge enabling the identification of biases and barriers to gender equality, diversity and inclusion in organisations, and the design and implementation of management policies and practices aimed at overcoming them. • To acquire theoretical and analytical knowledge enabling the linkage between gender equality policies and practices and those facilitating work–family reconciliation and quality of working life.

Método de Avaliação

In accordance with the General Assessment Regulations (RGAC) in force at ISEG, two assessment periods are foreseen: the Regular Assessment Period (RAP) and the Resit Assessment Period (SAP). Regular Assessment Period If this assessment modality is chosen, students must complete: • Group participation in workshops (in-class context) – 40%. • An individual written exam – 60% (date scheduled by academic services). Resit Assessment Period • Assessment consists of a closed-book written exam (100%) (date scheduled by academic service
