Objectivos

- Develop and implement heuristic algorithms for combinatorial optimization problems. - Compare different heuristic algorithms. - Identify the appropriate inventory management model for solving a specific problem and apply methodologies to obtain its solution. - Formulate problems using discrete event simulation techniques.

Método de Avaliação

Classes are taught in the theoretical-practical regimen, alternating the presentation of the subjects with the resolution of exercises and case studies, often using computer rooms. The assessment consists of a final exam and a group project. The project requires basic programming knowledge.
