This curricular unit aims to raise students' awareness of the rules that regulate the behavior of companies in the market, allowing them to distinguish between tolerated practices from attitudes prohibited by this branch of law. At the end of the course, students should be able to understand the main limits placed on the action of companies in the market, in terms of their concerted behavior to reduce business risks, to the detriment of the consumer, and in terms of abuse of a dominant position.
