The course aims to raise awareness and prepare students of 3rd year of degree for the development and preparation for job search and insertion in the labor market: - by coaching them in the process of self-knowledge regarding their personal and psychosocial skills; - by supporting them in thinking about areas of professional interest; -by training them to understand the activities and skills valued by the labor market and the requirements and demands inherent to the selection and recruitment processes.
