The theoretical topics, with oral presentation of the syllabus, is taught in two theoretical lectures per shift, each with one hour duration. In the weekly practical class, which is fundamentally interactive, with a duration of two hours, practical cases on specific legal problems are solved (being also available to students on Fenix platform) with the aim to apply theoretical knowledge to concrete situations and to provide students with a close contact to the legal world. Assessment will be based on the following rules: 1- Assessment throughout the semester (ALS) includes a compulsory written exam in the regular assessment period. Students must attend 80% of practical classes to benefit from the ALS. In the ALS, students can benefit from the award of 1 (one) additional value, to be added to the grade of the written exam in the regular assessment period, considering active participation in practical classes. 2- Repeat period, or the case of grade improvement, will consist on a written exam in the period set in the school year calendar. During the exams, consultation of legislation is authorised; please note that the use of electronic devices and other means of remote communication is not allowed.
