The course offers an overview of the making of European integration, since the end of WWII. It analyzes the founding Treaties of European integration and the political system of the EU. Then the course offers an overview of EU legal principles and of judicial review. The last part of the course is devoted to EU law in action, with the study of the internal market rules and the monetary union.
