In this course, we will present new maps to navigate our emotional territory. The challenge is to learn how our emotions work as a compass to navigate towards a meaningful culture, to create relationships that nourish us, particularly with the people we love the most (e.g. parents, partners, friends) and who we work with (e.g. teams, teachers, customers, suppliers, partners). Our emotions are not a design error. They are one of the keys to co-creating cultures that take care of our relationships, our teams/organizations and our Common Home.
