Essay 26 for the MIRS course – Evaluation and Management of R&D Projects is now available.
As you will see, the assignment is designed to help you apply the analytical frameworks discussed in class to a concrete innovation opportunity.
The objective is not to produce an exhaustive report, but a structured and well-argued management decision memo combining strategic fit, market logic, financial attractiveness, risk assessment and a clear recommendation.
