This module will analyse and reflect on the four main drivers of globalization and recent global economic trends: International Trade; International Organization of Production, Foreign Direct Investment and Outsourcing; Financial Globalization; and International Labour Migration, Jobs and Automation. We will discuss the definition and drivers of globalization, its measurement for the four topics above, and the consequences of globalization.
