The topic of Project Management, covered on chapter three of the reccomended bibliography, was presented in class with in-depth examples for the three Project Management tecniques taught in the course: Gantt charts, CPM, and PERT. Distinctions between the techniques and the contexts for application of each framework were discussed. Introductory exercises on each of the tecniques, including the coverage of the different network diagrams were taught in class. A brief statistical note was given for a better understanding of the PERT model.
