The student must prepare, in conjunction with their ISEG supervisor and the supervisor at the host entity, an internship activity report that includes the following aspects: (i) Summary; (ii) Identification (internship institution, schedule, duration, supervisors); (iii) Objectives; (iv) Description of tasks performed; (v) Knowledge and skills acquired; (vi) Self-assessment of performance; (vii) Critical analysis and suggestions. The internship activity report must be submitted to the ISEG supervisor within a maximum period of 30 days after the end of the internship. The final evaluation of the internship is done on a scale of 0 to 20 points. The internship grade considers the following elements: (i) Internship activity report; (ii) Performance evaluation questionnaire of the student conducted by the supervisor at the host institution; (iii) The internship grade will be recorded in the normal period registry. (iv) The Internship Course Unit will have, as its only knowledge assessment period, the normal period. To improve the grade in the Internship Course Unit, any student may enroll only once, in the normal period following the normal period in which they obtained approval in that course unit.
