As long as the mid-term tests week out of work, students must pass the final exam on the regular period (or on the repeat period), scheduled by the School. Active class participation, as well as regular attendance, will be considered for final marks. Students are encouraged to write a research paper on a topic that fits within course. Papers should be presented in class, and the final version must be handed by mid-December. The paper (including its class presentation) is worth 40% of the final grade.
