We discussed the causality and ceteris paribus in the linear regression model, we derived the OLS estimators. We presented the OLS estimation in R and a homework was given to be done in R.

We looked at different examples of applications of statistical methods, discussed the steps of an empirical project, looked at different types of data structure, discussed about causality and we started to learn the basics of linear regression. We also started to work in R by creating a scatter plot, computing means and plotting them.
