Objectivos

This course integrates knowledge from psychology and collaborative methodologies. It offers tools implementing collaboration between people and teams and models for framing systems thinking in organizations. One of the main aim is to prepare students for sustainable leadership and cooperation in organizations. The program is based on active learning focused on real exercises for understanding the challenges of collective intelligence. Expositive pedagogy will be used only for the beginning of each topic and the rest of the unit is based on interactive and experiential pedagogy.

1. The iceberg model: analyzing the current reality of teams and organizations 1.1. The acunpulture points: identifying blind spots 1.2. Paradigms of economic thought: to ego-system awareness to eco-system awareness 1.3. New paradigms for governance, health, food and education 2. Changing perspectives: tools and methodologies 2.1. Learning from the past versus learning from the future 2.2. Co-initiating cooperation: generative listening and coaching circles 2.3. Co-sensing cooperation: from talking to collective creativity, learning journeys and stakeholders interviews 2.4. Presensing: absencing versus presencing 3. A framework to co-create: cooperate with people in teams and organizations 3.1. Learning from real experiences 3.2. The pentagon of prototype 3.3. Crystallizing and prototyping

Método de Avaliação

Knowledge assessment is an ongoing process that takes place throughout the semester. The final classification is based on a portfolio composed of 3 written elements and 1 oral element: - The exercise of generative listening is done in class and consists of following certain rules of listening and communication and observing the effect in oneself and in others. During the exercise, the group completes a form that allows the elaboration of final conclusions that will be given to the teacher. - The coaching circle takes place in several sessions and also provides for the completion of a grid that allows a posteriori to carry out a report (5-6 pages). - a learning journey consists of a learning report that may occur during or outside sessions or an interview with a stakeholder. -The prototype of a project is created in a group and presented to the class (oral presentation).
