Finished theory of lecture 7 covering association between variables. We discussed how to obtain the estimates of a linear regression through ordinary least squares and the relationship with the graphical representation through the scatterplot. Also we discuss the coefficient interpretation.

Lecture 8 - Association between variables

Continued the theoretical content of lecture 8 on the association between variables. We discussed the ordinary least square methods and how to obtain the parameters of a simple linear regression. Class finished discussing the interpretation of the parameters on regressions, level-level regression, log-level regression and log-log regressions.
