Week 3. Marshmallow challenge

In this session, we revisited the four functions of management to reinforce our understanding. Students were then divided into groups to participate in the Marshmallow Challenge, with each group including a member who did not speak Portuguese. This setup aimed to simulate the dynamics of working in an international environment, as discussed in this week's lecture.

We concluded the class with a recap of the activities, where students shared their experiences and reflected on their group collaboration. This discussion helped highlight the importance of teamwork and communication in achieving common goals.
