We finished the theory on Chapter 8 (Choice) and almost finished the exercises (Income and substitution effects, Slutsky equation, and quasi-linear utility). Next class we will do the last exercise of Chapter 8 and continue with Chapter 10 (Consumer's surplus).

We discussed the theory of Chapter 8 (choice): Slutksy's equation and income and subsitution effect. Next class we will finish chapter 8 with quasilinear utility functino (income effect = 0) and the exercises.

We finished the exercises for Chapter 7 (Utility maximization) and started with the theory of Chapter 8 (Choice). This chapter will be about the Slutsky equation: Income and substitution effect.
