Practical exercise: imagine 2 scenes. Scene1: person 1 has something to tell to person 2 but person 2 is not paying attention. What happens? how person 1 feels? what are the signals gven by person1?what kind of listening is at stake? which implications can have this situation?
Scene2 is the contrary. Instead of not being attentive, person 2 is totally interested on what person 1 is telling her. How person 1 is feeling? what is happening to their conversation? what can happen on their relationship and on the tasks they will have to fulfill?
