We focused on heteroskedasticity (why does is matter? what do we do in presence of heteroskedasticity? how do we test for it?) and discuss it in the context of some examples.

We continued our discussion about dummy variables by introducing the possibility of their interaction with a continous variable. We then focused on the Chow test to compare two groups. We illustrated the ideas in the context of some examples.
